Entrance up several steps into communal hall to apartment entrance, down two steps into small hallway into Spacious and light living room/kitchen/dining room with lovely views out over the communal garden, TV with Freeview, DVD and modern wall mounted feature electric fire. Spacious bedroom either super king or twin (please advise on booking what you require two singles or super king), modern shower room with basin and wc.

Two dogs accepted * non-smokers please * beds made up for arrival * electric oven/hob * dishwasher * microwave * washer and dryer in separate shared utility * fridge/freezer * free Wi-Fi *all fuel included * travel cot and high chair available – please ask prior to arrival * towels included * village centre facilities 2 mins walk.
A camp bed available by request for an extra child.
Tenancies commence from 3pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10am on the day of departure.
£50.00 Deposit per week – required when booking – with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival
