Entrance up several steps in to the main communal hall, then up a flight of stairs to the apartment entrance. Small hallway with all rooms leading off. Spacious and light living room/kitchen/dining room with lovely views out over the communal garden, TV with Freeview, DVD and CD and modern wall mounted feature electric fire. Spacious bedroom with king size bed and modern shower room with basin and wc.
Two dogs accepted * non-smokers please * beds made up for arrival * electric oven/hob * dishwasher * microwave * washer and dryer in separate shared utility * fridge/freezer * all fuel included *free Wi-Fi * travel cot and high chair available – please order * towels included * village centre facilities 2 mins walk.
Tenancies commence from 3pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10am on the day of departure.
£50.00 deposit per week – required when booking – with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival
